How to MAKE @@LOCK_TIMEOUT effect to every session

Example,I want to let any lock be cancel if the lock keep 2 minute.
Or is there has any other parametes about user's lock and how to use?

I'm afraid that there is no such setting. you have to set it from the client applications.
